Watched "Spiderwick Chronicles" today with baby and his bro(Hao). The show is okok...we went in abit late but didn't really miss anything. After the movie my sis joined us for bowling. At first we went Yishun Safra but there's a competition starting soon so we went to Orchid Country Club instead. Had dinner there while waiting for available lanes. We played two games...I suck at it haha. Hao won both games unexpectedly lol.

Today is my cousin Keng Soon's 21st bday celebration! The venue is at Windermere Condo which is at Yew Tee. I have no idea where is it so we took cab there. Most of my relatives have arrived except for mum. Aunty Linda prepared so much food so us...really alot. Heard that Heng Kiat they all stayed up last night to help prepare. Thanks for the spread! :) I prefer the bbq food though. The satay and ham were yummy! Heng Kiat help us bbq till his nose sensitive...poor him. Other than eating we just chatted with our aunties, took a few pics. Mum reached at around 9 plus, after the cake has been cut. There are still so much food left over so everyone packet some back before they go.
This bday celebration is like a family gathering too. Saw a few cousins whom I seldom see, they've aged and settled down. I finally met up with Dia also! And the most surprising thing is Keng Soon is attached now! To this girl whom he liked for quite long, his classmate also. Congrats bro...u must be doubly happy on ur bday haha. Oh ya, Heng Kiat's bday is in April also and he's inviting baby...woo! :)

Watched "Vantage Point" with baby on Thu. Here's the description of the show: Eight strangers with eight different points of view try to unlock the one truth behind an assassination attempt on the US president. So the scene keeps going back to a certain timing for 8 times, focussing on different people each time. At first you'll think it's weird but overall it's quite nice :) Had dinner at "New York New York" and baby ate their big burgers again. I had giant meatballs with spaghetti, the spice is tasty but I get sick of the meatballs after some time. They're kinda huge. We went River Island to shop for awhile before going home.
Wardah told me my ex bf chatted with her on msn recently. He asked if I've got new bf already. So weird la I thought I've already told him I got? That's not the main thing. He said some mean things about me, to my own BEST FRIEND. I bet he badmouth me to his own friends too. I thought he was trying to move on already, but after these few months he still bears a grudge against me. He doesn't understand, when a relationship goes wrong you don't just push the blame to the other party. He should reflect on it. If our relationship was good, if he had treated me well, will I wanna end it? And is there anything wrong with me starting a new relationship? We are over. Am I supposed to wait till he start a new relationship then I can start mine? I'm not affected by the things he said. I'm as happy as I can be now :)
Thanks bestie and my friends for supporting me throughout. Thanks Dia and sis for being understanding. And thanks baby for making me feel so loved :)

Went Vivo alone in the afternoon to buy the checkered shirt for baby before meeting sis, Wardah, Lulu, Trevor and Yih Chyang at Orchard. Sis was held up in sch. While waiting for her, we went Gelare to have waffles first since the guys are hungry already. I feel weird at first cos it's me with the two couples. They were eating with their bfs and I'm staring down there. I feel better after sis arrive and we all went for dinner. I had Tom Yam soup! :)
We reached Mind Cafe at around 7.30pm. We don't do the usual shopping anymore, now become gamers. Lol. Tues night they have promotion for ladies, free boardgaming session from 6pm onwards. It's super worth it la, too bad the two guys have to pay. We tried new games like "Cluzzle", "Sequence" and "Saboteur". "Sequence" was kinda exciting and it requires some thinking. That Trevor keep saying he's winning so Wardah and I started throwing sarcastic remarks at him for fun. We are so tired of thinking. Sis was good at that game and our team won twice cos of her! We were hooked onto that game but running out of time so have to change game. We shall play that again next time! Everything was quite fun, but we only had 3 hours plus to play. They close at 11pm and we went home after that.

Baby went chalet with his guy friends today...3 days 2 nights at some Changi chalet. He can't turn up for our class bbq so I went with Yan Ting, Feng Hwee and Stanven. Quite long nvr see the girls so it's nice seeing them again :) We went to City Hall first cos I wanted to go River Island and buy the checkered shirt for baby. Too bad there only left small size, I need to go down to Vivo to get it tml. Yan Ting forgot to bring her memory card for the camera so she went all the way back home to get it. Poor girl. Meantime, Stanven treated Feng Hwee and me to Swensens, chocolate fondue...whee! So nice of him right haha. It's fun talking to Stanven cos he always crap so much.

We met Yan Ting at Pasir Ris after that and took bus to the chalet together. At first we went to the Downtown East one and that is the wrong one. The actual one is at Coasta Sands...have to walk quite a distance in. Only 15 of us turn up for the bbq but overall still ok. Thanks Wan Ling and friends for organising it :) Stanven, Yan Ting and I went to the pool side and chatted for awhile...quite interesting chat and I learn something new haha. We left the chalet at around 11 plus and sadly there's no more train service at Pasir Ris. We ended up taking cab home. $28.50 ok! So not worth it but no choice la. I had a quite nice day, too bad dear cannot come. I miss you already la kuku...somemore you playing game now so busy!

Went Vivo today with baby and sis...shopped for a few hours and I bought a tube top from Forever 21. Didn't intend to buy anything but well I like it so I couldn't resist buying it. Dear tried on cardigan and a checkered shirt at River Island. The shirt is damn nice la, looks kinda Jap haha. It's $123 but they're having 20% off...he's going to get it tml! Yay! I think cardigan looks quite nice on him too :) We went to watch "The Orphanage" after that. We thought it was some horror flick but the movie is not nice. Kinda boring and not really scary, so save ur money pple! The movie ended around 9pm and we had late dinner at Sushi Tei. This is the don't know how many times we are eating at Sushi Tei...haha. We gotta try other restaurants next time. The Vivo branch is still the best. We've got a good table, near the sea view and comfy seats! Ordered a lot of food since they are 3 of us...tried new things like fried seafood roll, crab mayo sushi, seasoned octopus and traditional hot pot with chicken meat. The hot pot is quite big, like steamboat like that haha. We ordered a total of 8 dishes plus 2 desserts...super duper full. Satisfying meal I must say!

Haven't been blogging these few days cos I'm occupied with activities. Went to watch movie "Rule #1" with baby on Mon. My favourite actor, Shawn Yue, starring in it! He still looks good, but he will look even better without those facial hair. Overall the movie is quite nice, gives you that suspense cos you will be wondering who's the next to get possess and so on. There's a twist in the ending also. We had hotdogs and chilli cheese fries for dinner. Long time since we ate fast food haha. Stupid kuku keeps scaring me with those eyes he saw in the movie. I'm not scared ok! After dinner, we went to lie down at the grass patch outside Vivo, this time more comfortable cos there's not much people. Same old nice feeling :)
Wed baby and I went Mind Cafe with sis, Wardah and Lulu. Played from 2pm to 6pm and Lulu's bf came and join us at around 4.30pm. Time seems to pass so fast la...I didn't play enough! We only played a few games...I wanna go play again!

Everyone left for their own activities after that. Baby and I went Raffles Place to meet his dad, he's driving us to Bret's(his cousin) chalet. It's at Pasir Ris, those bungalow type and it's damn big. 4 rooms, living room, kitchen and a front porch. Buffet dinner and bbq but I didn't eat much cos quite full already. After cutting cake a few of us went into a room to share ghost stories. We became paranoid whenever there are noises and stuff, scaring ourselves only. We ended up talking about other things also. Left the chalet at around 3am, all of us were tired.

It's a fun week I must say! Finally met up with Wardah and Lulu on Thu and slack at her house...looking forward to our Mind Cafe trip next week! Dear and I went to watch "Step up 2" on Fri and it's quite nice. Something different and half of the time they are dancing away. We had "New York New York" for dinner and the food is not bad. I had sausages wrapped with bacon and cheese and dear had a super big beef burger, the meat patty is different cos it's abit minced. Love their peach smoothie but their drinks are abit over-priced though.
Dear's mum and dad birthdays both fall on this week and we had cake twice. It's a fattening week...I ate so much nice food and sweet stuffs. Had dinner at "Dian Xiao Er" today with dear's family and the fish maw soup there is delicious. I really love spending time with dear...I can never get enough of you :)

Went shopping with sis today, but she was feeling very tired so it made me abit no mood to shop. Didn't really see anything I like...shopping is starting to become more and more boring. We had dinner at Ajisen Ramen and as usual, I had Tom Yam Seafood Ramen with some side dishes. Dinner was not too bad!
Headed for movie at night. 10,000BC is damn nice! I enjoyed the movie alot :) Good suspense and I was touched by the love the lead actor showed towards his lover. Go catch it haha!

We finally went KBOX yesterday! With dear, Yan Ting, Xiang Nan, Stanven, Long Feng and Jun Jie. I had lunch with dear first at Hip Diner USA, a super full lunch while waiting for the rest to come. Quite long never go sing and it's kinda fun! Dear enjoyed it too even though he only knows how to sing a few chinese songs. Pls brush up on ur chinese songs haha! Long Feng is still as enthu as ever and he made some dance moves lol. Stanven is so kuku everytime sing with the original voice on, imagine him singing with a female sound on haha. Our package comes with free flow of sprite and a few snacks. Not bad quite worth it. After 5 hours of singing everyone became quite tired...
Long Feng and Jun Jie went home after that and the rest of us went for dinner at Sushi Tei. Haha we always have cravings for that. Eating at this rate is going to make us broke soon! Stanven was so funny la! He did some peverted poses and dear and Xiang Nan were forced to play along with him. I had a great day with them! :)

Met dear's friends for the first time today...at first I was feeling nervous, deciding if I should go. Well I have to meet them someday! We went to their sec sch(Presbyterian High School) carnival...it's crowded with people and we didn't really do much there. There are games and activities available but all quite ex. Their laksa cost $6 per bowl haha. It's a fund raising event so it's supposed to be more expensive I guess. His friends are funny but I feel abit awkward cos I didn't really talk much to his friends.
All of us were deciding where to go after that and we ended up going to Dhoby Ghuat. Wanted to watch movie, but the timings not very good so we went Billy Bombers to have dinner. All of them had the fish & chips dinner set and I had sirloin steak. It tasted nice at first but as I was finishing the steak it looks very raw so I decided to stop eating it. I feel abit sick after that...maybe it's the steak. They serve Ben and Jerry's ice cream for dessert and it's yummy! Too bad it's very chocolaty so dear don't really like it. We went Andy's house to watch soccer after that. Thinking of going Happy Daze to chill out after the soccer match but it's kinda late already so we didn't go. Was looking forward to it though. Maybe another day :) The soccer match is actually quite nice...Man U vs Portsmouth and Portsmouth actually won. It was very tyco though.
I'm glad by the end of the day I've sort of 'break the ice' with his friends, eventually started talking to them. They are nice people...now I know why dear likes hanging out with them.

Bought a top online today, it has been a few weeks since I last splurge online. Sis, Wardah and Lulu are busy with attachment, Yan Ting working and dear is out with his friends...so I'm all alone today. Not too bad at least I didn't stay at home the whole day...went mum's shop to help her do some paperwork stuff till night.

Sis off from her attachment today, we went Causeway Point for lunch and movie(again). We went Seoul Garden but I didn't eat much cos there isn't much to choose from. Sis and I had brownies and we added ice cream on top! Yummy yummy!

Wanted to watch "10,000 BC" but it's only out tml so we watched "The Eye" instead. It's very similar to the chinese version but overall still ok. Jessica Alba is pretty! We were supposed to meet Wardah and go Lulu house at night but she last min cannot make it. I miss you girls man...miss those Mind Cafe trips, eating at Popeye's and shopping together. Girls let's find one day and meet up next week. It has been almost 2 weeks since we last met! And I miss baby, will only be seeing him 2 days later, on fri :(

Went Cine and watched "Jumper" with dear...the movie ok only, I guess it's abit highly rated. But still, it's better than "Fool's Gold" lol. We had dinner at Sushi Tei again, this time is at Paragon. I have to say the Vivo branch serves better food so if you were to eat Sushi Tei, try the one at Vivo, it has a better ambience too! We tried new things today, beef hot pot soup, squid tempura, meat gyoza and soft shell crab sushi. The 'Dai Dai Roll' is still the nicest...too bad I didn't take any pics of it. Went Clarke Quay for awhile before we go home, we just sat by the river and talked for an hour. Today we keep sensing weird smells, first at the theatre, then at Clarke Quay. But it was quite funny...lol.
I feel closer and closer to dear now, we have an unbreakable bond! :)

Went Vivo with dear today...wanted to watch "Jumper" but left first row only so we decided to watch "Fool's Gold" instead. At first we thought it would be a nice comedy but we were wrong. Both of us think that the movie is not nice, quite boring also.
Went Starbucks and chill for 2 hrs, we had a drink and cheesecake. After that we went to have dinner at Sushi Tei, quite early abt 5pm to avoid the long queue. It's our first time eating there and we got a nice seat near the sea view. The menu is very different from Sakae Sushi and they have special dishes. We ordered abt five side dishes and three of them turned out to be nice, the other two ok only. But overall the food there is nice, we shall go back and try other dishes next time!
At night we went to find a spot outside and sit down...the grass areas are fenced so we can't lie there, if not it would have been better. It's nice sitting close together, talking and laughing. But towards the end I feel sick cos starting to have very bad flu...cold wind today. Hope my flu will go away tml it's irritating me!
